Cross-Country Competitions - April 2018
On Tuesday 24th April 2018, we sent our first Year 3 and 4 pupils to the South Cambridgeshire Cross-Country competition. The children participated very well, supporting each other throughout the races. Lizzie Savory was awarded with 5th place overall. All the team should be very proud of their efforts!
Barnabas Oley sent four teams of Year 5 and 6 pupils to represent the school in the Cambridgeshire Primary Schools County Cross-Country Championships on Thursday 26th April 2018 at Priory Park, St Neots. This was a huge event with over 60 schools and 246 teams competing. All teams were great sports ambassadors cheering each other on as well as runners from others schools.
In the small schools competition our Girls' A Team came 2nd overall and won the Small Schools' Girls' Award too! Well done Barnabas Oley!
